The Mississippi Wing regretfully reports the death of COL Jack Hollingsworth, jr. Jack was father of our Program Officer (Eric) and a retired Delta Airlines captain. Jack held type ratings in aircraft ranging from the DC-4 and Constellation-1049, to the DC-8 and Boeing 727.

It’s time for our C-45 to go to Midland. This trip will be a three-month tour for the aircraft to be displayed to the public at the museum. This makes for an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to visit the CAF museum to fly out on the Beech and return by way of Southwest Airlines.
